Rooms were super clean, always smelt fresh and beds were very comfortable! The staff at the reception ans house keeping were lovely and very helpful with all my questions!! The location was perfect for me as I'm from London but I don't like staying in crowded cities, very easy to get to Times Square and any of attraction you may want to see on your visit (if your from out of country/town like me) Would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to chill and relax with lovely staff around!!

Bathroom Beautiful(Just need updated), it’s few broken things and rust in some corners or areas of the room that needs fixed but overall room was beautiful. It was clean no bugs, no bad smells, big tv big bed, big mirror. The shower head is so beautiful and I wish I could’ve took it with me lol !

Casa Azul is a clean quiet hotel. They provide their guests with crisp clean sheets and soft towels. The staff is also friendly and nice.

Staff greeted me by name and gave quick directions to nearby cafés, which set a relaxed tone for the stay. The room was compact but spotless, with a comfy mattress and a big window that let in morning light; small kitchenette came in handy for late snacks. The building feels calm, like a quiet guesthouse rather than a chain hotel. Rate was very reasonable-excellent value for a clean, friendly place close to town.
